The new edition includes the Best Practices that emerged through a multi-level evaluation process carried out at both National and European levels. Each partner country initially proposed 20 solutions, which were assessed based on their effectiveness, alignment with National Action Plans, and environmental, social, and economic impacts, as well as technical readiness, ease of implementation, needs for training and investments and policy recommendations. Through National and European workshops, as well as a Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA), the top three to four solutions per country were identified.

The outcome of this process is a collection of 80 Best Practices, contributing significantly to the implementation of sustainable weed management strategies across Europe.
