DESCRIPTION:We invite you to join us at our joint Stakeholder Workshop\, where keynote talks\, results of FORTUNA and T0P-Agri will stimulate discussions between the experts from different stakeholder\ngroups.\nTogether with stakeholders\, we seek to\n1 Evaluate innovative measures for sustainable agriculture.\n2 Understand drivers and barriers of innovation in pesticide use reduction.\n3 Identify knowledge gaps and research needs across the agricultural value chain. \nWhen:  18th – 19th of February\nWhere: Venue: Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna\, Pisa\, Italy\nhttps://maps.app.goo.gl/xuibS6Z6Ne757WSa6 \nRegistration start in end of 2024. \nPre-Workshop Survey\nWe will invite stakeholders to contribute to our collection of tools and strategies to reduce pesticide use with their experience and ideas for innovative strategies through a questionnaire including the opportunity to describe drivers and barriers for pesticide use reduction. The results from this questionnaire are the basis for our workshop discussions in February 2025.\nRead more about the survey: https://bit.ly/4f7hILB \nHosts of the workshop\nFORTUNA’s primary objective is to identify upcoming research challenges in the field of pesticide use reduction within the framework of the European Farm to Fork (F2F) Strategy. Our focus is on exploring innovative techniques and strategies that can support the reduction of pesticide use across the arable sector\, field vegetable\nproduction\, fruit cultivation\, orchards\, and vineyards. \nT0P-Agri’s mainobjective is to pave the way for new crop protection strategies and practices without chemical pesticides including approaches for technical and organizational re-design. \nWe look forward to seeing you at the joint stakeholder workshop in February 2025!
